At Glas-Worx, we take pride in our work. A quality repair and a happy customer are our main goals. The age of a chip or crack and contamination are two factors that could possibly cause a windshield repair to fail. All of our windshield repairs are guaranteed not to spread for as long as you own your vehicle (Unless otherwise notified by Glas-Worx  that damaged area had been contaminated or was previously repaired by someone other than Glas-Worx) . This warranty covers the original cost of the windshield repair by Glas-Worx  upon customer providing the original invoice. Only the original customer is covered by this limited lifetime guarantee. If repaired area begins to spread, the customer is required to contact Glas-Worx  immediately to schedule an appointment so Glas-Worx  can evaluate the failed repair and conclude if re-repair will be accomplished or a full refund for the cost of the repair will be given. Customer must allow Glas-Worx an opportunity to evaluate the failed repair. If customer replaces windshield before Glas-Worx can evaluate the failed repair this guarantee becomes null and void and no refund will be given. Only the original cost of the repair will be refunded, if necessary, to the original customer. Glas-Worx  will not be held responsible to pay for the replacement cost of said windshield. Remember, Glas-Worx  attempted to repair an already damaged windshield to save you money. Once again, the original invoice must be provided by the customer for the guarantee to be in effect.
